PRICING AND SCHEDULING POLICY
You understand that scheduling an appointment with All Bodies Massage Therapy constitutes full agreement to our Liability Waiver and this Pricing and Scheduling Policy.
Should you schedule an appointment on behalf of a third party, that person/persons have given you proxy power to agree to this Liability Waiver and our Pricing and Scheduling Policies on their behalf, and it is your sole responsibility to make them aware of this agreement.
All Bodies Massage Therapy is a small business, due to the logistics involved with providing mobile services, All Bodies Massage Therapy requires 48 hours’ notice to make changes to the appointment time or to reschedule.
You may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment time. Between 12-24 hours before the treatment start time, 50% of the treatment price is due. Less than 12 hours before treatment start time 100% of the treatment price is due. Cancelling/Rescheduling may void any promotional offers such as the first booking discount.
For events that are confirmed with short notice, changes and cancellations are more flexible but should be made as soon as possible.
If there is a request for a refund or exemption from fees from All Bodies Massage Therapy for any reason, and, All Bodies Massage Therapy in its sole discretion provides a partial or complete refund, (even if the current refund policy states otherwise), then: All Bodies Massage Therapy will have no obligation to transmit any amount to Client for that All Bodies Massage Therapy and will be nonetheless entitled to the total Fee for that booking.
Discounts may be combined up to a maximum of 10% for mobile massage, at ABMT’s discretion for massage in our office.
Massage appointments of less than 2 hours may not be split between clients without pre-approval, and Chair massage may not be split between less than two people per hour: contact me before you book.
Discounted hours may be used by other members of your household at your discretion; but due to the mobile nature of this service, may only be redeemed at the address of the person to whom the bulk hours were sold. Contact All Bodies Massage Therapy if you wish to change the service address for any discount packages you have purchased, pricing may change but the discount amount will stay the same.
Discounted hours may not be redeemed in increments of less than 1 hour.
You may redeem your discounted hours in any variation of an hour or more at a time: please specify the length of massage time when you book the appointment.
All Bodies Massage Therapy reserves the right to refund any unused portion of a discounted package in lieu of fulfillment for any reason, at any time. All Bodies Massage Therapy reserves the right to limit the number of discounted products/discounts for any reason at any time.
Mobile massage is only available within the radius posted on our website-it is the purchasers' sole responsibility to ensure the service address is within this boundary.
Gift cards are not sold or accepted

If a Client requests a refund or exemption from fees for any reason, ABMT in its sole discretion will decide if a refund is granted and, (even if the current refund policy states otherwise), ABMT will have no obligation to transmit any amount to Client and will be nonetheless entitled to the total Fee for that booking.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork .
I hereby agree to the current policies and waiver and all future updates to these documents posted at: https://www.allbodiesmassagetherapy.online/policies-and-waiver
If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.
I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.
I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.
I understand that, because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.

Should you schedule an appointment on behalf of a third party, that person/persons have, for the purposes of interacting with All Bodies Massage Therapy, given you proxy power to agree to this Liability Waiver and our Pricing and Scheduling Policies on their behalf, and it is your sole responsibility to make them aware of this agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Bodies Massage Therapy will not have any liability whatsoever for any of the services provided. You understand that All Bodies Massage Therapy, LLC’s massage therapists are highly trained, certified, and licensed (where applicable under relevant state law) and specialize in massage therapy (and other health and wellness techniques.)
You agree it is your responsibility to provide the therapist with updated and accurate health history information prior to each treatment, and that providing this information in no way transfers liability to the therapist.
You agree that treatments are for therapeutic purposes only.
You understand that the examples in this waiver are not an exhaustive list of contraindications and You understand that you should consult a physician if uncertain as to whether a service is appropriate for yourself, and should you book an appointment on behalf of a third party, you should encourage that third party to do the same.
You agree that treatments should not be used if the person who will receive the Treatment has: edema due to chronic heart failure or kidney failure; an inflammatory condition in the acute stage; acute phlebitis and/or deep venous thrombosis; acute trauma or recent surgery; are in the first trimester of pregnancy; or where massage is otherwise contraindicated. Or is on any medication that would be expected to: weaken bone structure and/or connective tissue; lead to enhanced bleeding.
