You need to provide a space clear of obstacles that's big enough for a twin bed (approximately a 6' wide by 8' long open area where your massage will take place), near an available outlet. Most living rooms and hotel rooms have adequate space where I can set up. I arrive with everything needed to provide a quality massage experience, including a comfortably outfitted heated massage table and relaxing music. *CHAIR MASSAGE: Chair massage is a memorable way to reward your events attendees, your hard working employees, or your party quests. Chair Massage is versatile: I have worked at job fairs, seminars and conferences in busy, loud spaces as well as in quiet break rooms, living rooms, and empty offices. The massage chair requires a small open space, approximately 5 feet by 5 feet. *What if there’s not enough room for a massage table/chair? I require enough space for my table/chair and to move around it comfortably, to provide a safe massage. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate room by moving furniture before my arrival and estimating the available square footage. If there is insufficient space, I will start the appointment clock from my arrival instead of after I am set up. I will do my best to work in the available space, but cannot provide massage services in a personal bed or chair unless it’s been prearranged for medical reasons. (As is often the case for clients in rehab, hospital or hospice.) *Per my cancellation policy, lack of space counts as a no-show and I will charge the full appointment amount. *How long does setup take? With adequate clear space, setup takes about 5 minutes. Why is there an extra half hour scheduled for my first mobile appointment? Expect appointments to take 30 minutes longer than the booked time. For example, a one-hour massage starting at noon may conclude around 1:30 pm. The extra time includes, setup, planning your massage together, payment processing and cleanup. I conduct a brief 5-10-minute medical intake review before planning your massage to ensure your safety and satisfaction, plus I add a 10-minute buffer for potential unforeseen delays. *Intake paperwork may be completed prior your appointment via text or email if you like. Payment can be taken before the massage for your convenience as well. *CHAIR MASSAGE: I require each person to sign a Waiver before their time in the massage chair. Reading and signing the waiver usually takes about 15 seconds. * What if I live/work in a secure building? Please provide access codes, parking information, floor number, room number, and other relevant details via text when confirming your appointment or in the scheduling notes section. Delays due to inadequate information will be deducted from the massage time. Please direct me to parking and provide details if only paid parking is available. A $25/+ surcharge may apply at my discretion based on the parking situation and distance to your location. If you suspect that convenient parking may be difficult, please say so-I can research the area and communicate options/costs if you aren’t able to- I want to work with you! *What if no parking is available onsite? Notify me right away by text or in the appointment notes section! I can schedule you faster and with more accuracy if you inform me of the parking costs and location ahead of time. Certain areas such as RHINO and LODO or near a venue during an event- may incur additional fees due to the cost of parking and the added time it takes to load and unload. This fee will vary depending on the time/cost involved in parking. If there is no close street parking available, the fee starts at $25.00. (Less than a 5 minute walk-I am carrying 60 lbs. of equipment). *Are there any other extra fees? Yes, a $25 surcharge may apply if adequate free or low-cost parking is not available at your location. A travel fee may be added if your location is more than 15 miles from my office (80227, Lakewood CO). I do travel out of my service area upon request and do my best to keep my travel and parking fees fair. *Do you service locations outside your listed area? Yes! For a minimum appointment time of 90 minutes with a variable travel fee. (Contact me via text with your address for details).
